  3. Description:
  4.   These programs provide the interface between PC Relay
  5.   and WildCat 3.0/3.5.  Each does a specific function, such as
  6.   importing messages, exporting messages, returning the high
  7.   message number, etc.

  9. Changes:
  10. 1.   UTIRFLAG was not finding the correct user name keys to clear
  11.      mail-waiting flags.  Corrected.
  12. 2.   UTILSTRD now supports manual conference overrides, such as when
  13.      using WC Pro.
  14. 3.   UTIIMPRT ensures that AUTONODE default is off.
